As our Administrative Assistant, your main responsibilities will include basic IT tasks, managing internal documentation, bookkeeping, human resources, and managing multiple schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, professional, and outgoing nature, as well as extensive experience in office administrative procedures. (S)he must be highly organized and familiar with a variety of computer software, including Quickbooks. Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties (e.g. photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing)
